Before returning a product, please NOTIFY us at info@rolls69.co.za. We need to be aware when a package is en route to our facility.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, to return or exchange an item purchased from our site. Please be advised that anything shipped to us EXCEEDING 14 calendar days will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Factors affecting eligibility for a return or an exchange are as follows:

Once you ship the item back to us, we will notify you immediately upon arrival at our facility. The returned item will then be thoroughly inspected and an email stating the status of your refund will be sent to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original mode of payment (*please note: completion of refund process takes approximately 24-72 hours to reflect depending on your bank, credit card company, or financial institution). You will NOT be charged with a restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item back to our facility. If you are approved for a refund and you had initially opted for Rolls69.co.za FREE SHIPPING, the cost of the original shipping (from us to you) will be deducted from your refund.
Once the item has been shipped out, you must provide a TRACKING number to us via email for safe measure.
Contact us by email if you would like to return/exchange a product, please include a brief reason explaining why.
We will, in turn, respond to your email with our return address.
Please pack the product carefully in the original box and ship it back to us. We recommend you add shipping insurance.

Upon approval, we will email you to issue a refund or process an exchange (whichever you choose).
